Guidance is provided to Meitarim teachers both in and out of the classroom. Inside the classroom,
Meitarim staff observe individual teachers.
Meitarim staff then meet with the teachers outside the classroom and review with the teacher whether the pluralist nature of the teaching and curriculum are being presented in a successful manner.
Eleven Meitarim teachers meet weekly at Re'ut to receive training on teaching
methods for the Jewish curriculum and also study sources of Jewish learning in order to
increase their own level of Jewish expertise, which they then can use in the classroom.
